We provide event decoration services including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and more. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments:

  • All bookings must be made in advance.

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before the event date, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a partial refund.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) may not be refunded.

  • In case of cancellation from our end due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be processed.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client must provide accurate event details and access to the venue on time.

  • Any damage to our decor items during the event due to mishandling may be chargeable.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused due to external factors like weather, power failure, or third-party vendors not under our control.

8. Intellectual Property:

All images, content, and designs displayed on our website are the intellectual property of https://aadvikaeventdecoration.in/. They must not be reused or copied without written permission.

9. Modifications:
